1. The information on this site is timely and subject to land availability and price fluctuation. American Land & Ranches reserves to change the prices of its lots/land without notice. American Land & Ranches does not make any guarantee on the property it sells unless specifically provided at time of purchase. All titles and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The materials used and displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and artwork, video, music and sound, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks, except where noted, are the property of US Land and Lakes or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of American Land & Ranches.
